The Four Lake Authority is unique. Created by State Legislature in 1986, activities were directed toward economic development in Macon, Smith, Sumner, Trousdale & Wilson counties in Middle Tennessee.
The 554-acre PowerCom Industrial Center became a reality in 2002 and is certified as a Deal Ready site. Located on State Highway 25 with Cumberland River access, PowerCom now offers available warehousing, a Business Incubator, a 54,000 sq. ft. Spec Building and large acreage sites.
